Developed from our “Taste of Hawaii at Rainbow Falls” experience that launched in 2019—Incorporating locally, grown, raised and produced foods displayed on a grazing board—Indulge while relaxing with an Ola Brew beverage and enjoying waterfall views. Although we are not running this event at this time, we are offering this very special box which reflects the essence of the experience.
Everything is 100% locally sourced and supports Hawaii Island farmers.

1 Mac' Chego Cheese from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy
A cave-aged manchego style cheese, hand rubbed with Macadamia nut oil. Dense crumbly texture with a buttery, creamy, flavor and a nutty finish.
1 Hawaii Gold Cheese from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy
Hard, natural rind, goat milk cheese in the style
of Parmesan. Cave aged and hand rubbed weekly
with EVO for 2 to 6 months. Mild flavor that is nutty,
buttery, and sharp. Firm, dry texture.
1 Feta Cheese from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy
A traditional fresh goat milk feta. Salty and briny with
a crumbly, moist texture.
10 oz Lilikoi Butter from Liko Lehua
A favorite for many Hilo locals, a unique sweet/tart taste will liven up any meal. Especially good on Salmon or mixed with fruit.
1.76 oz Ground Ceylon Cinnamon from O.K. Farms
Grown, processed, and bottled with love on the hills of O.K. Farms!
3 oz Macadamia Nut Honey from O.K. Farms
.25 lbs Mortadella Charcuterie Meat from Waimea Butcher Shop
(Can substitute this option for an extra goat cheese (the Crottin) or more fruits or veggies- please clarify in notes.
Mortadella is a large Italian sausage or luncheon meat made of finely hashed or ground heat-cured pork. It is traditionally flavored with black pepper grains, but modern versions can also contain nuts or berries. *This version has local macadamia nuts

Pick up is every Thursday, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - at O.K. Farms - 1570 Maikalani St., Hilo, HI, 96720
Pick up is also available in town at Tabaraka Lebanese Restaurant on Ululani Street - if you would like to pick up your box here, please send us an email admin@hawaii-eco.com or call to arrange that- you can also add the request into the notes of the order.
Instructions for picking up:
1) Please follow the signs that are labeled with “an arrow and our OK/ECO logos”
2) Drive up Amauulu road and pass through the gates that will be open
* BEFORE LEAVING THE GATE, YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO PULL OVER AND TURN ON OUR FIRST AUDIO TOUR WHILE YOU DRIVE UP THE ROAD- THE LINK FOR THIS AUDIO TOUR IS ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
3) Once you get to the stop sign (a couple minutes later), take a left
4) You will see a wooden sign that says OK Farms and the soccer field to the right, take a right turn into the driveway- you will see the large green warehouse in front of you to the left
5) Follow the signs pointing to CSA pickup area, pull up, park and your farm representative will load your farm box or item into your vehicle. You also have an option to park and access the gift shop prior to picking up your box.
6) Once you receive your farm box or item from the store, you can either leave the way you entered or choose the “Scenic Loop Around”
