3 X Pizza Dough from Cafe Pesto Hilo
8 oz. Red Sauce from Cafe Pesto Hilo
6 oz. Hawaii Gold Cheese from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy
Hard natural rind, their version of a Hawai’i Parmesan. Aged and hand rubbed with EVOO, aged 4-6 months.
5 oz. Plain Chèvre from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy
A traditional French style goat milk cheese. Tangy and mild. Soft and spreadable or can be crumbled if cold. Made from pasteurized goat milk, vegetable-based rennet and kosher salt.
5 oz. Mozzarella from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy
A semisoft, low moisture, goat milk mozzarella. Smooth, textured and shreddable cheese with a mild buttery flavor. Easily melts.
.5 lbs. Pastrami from Waimea Butcher Shop *Can substitute meat with extra cheese or veggies
Pastrami is a meat product of Romanian origin usually made from beef brisket, and sometimes from lamb, or turkey, this pastrami is made from beef. The raw meat is brined, partially dried, seasoned with herbs and spices, then smoked and steamed.

Pick up is every Thursday, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - at O.K. Farms - 1570 Maikalani St., Hilo, HI, 96720
Pick up is also available in town at Tabaraka Lebanese Restaurant on Ululani Street - if you would like to pick up your box here, please send us an email admin@hawaii-eco.com or call to arrange that- you can also add the request into the notes of the order.
Instructions for picking up:
1) Please follow the signs that are labeled with “an arrow and our OK/ECO logos”
2) Drive up Amauulu road and pass through the gates that will be open
* BEFORE LEAVING THE GATE, YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO PULL OVER AND TURN ON OUR FIRST AUDIO TOUR WHILE YOU DRIVE UP THE ROAD- THE LINK FOR THIS AUDIO TOUR IS ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
3) Once you get to the stop sign (a couple minutes later), take a left
4) You will see a wooden sign that says OK Farms and the soccer field to the right, take a right turn into the driveway- you will see the large green warehouse in front of you to the left
5) Follow the signs pointing to CSA pickup area, pull up, park and your farm representative will load your farm box or item into your vehicle. You also have an option to park and access the gift shop prior to picking up your box.
6) Once you receive your farm box or item from the store, you can either leave the way you entered or choose the “Scenic Loop Around”
