Return policy – Returns are not accepted, if produce is not up to expectation, it will be evaluated and swapped if necessary
Refund policy — Refunds are provided if customer finds issues with their product received. Customer must notify Hawaii Eco of issues immediately upon receiving product.
Cancellation policy — Cancellations must be received within 72 hours prior to distribution date of produce box purchased
